Basic Company Law & Secretarial Practice

Understand the law before you process the transaction.

Company secretarial work is not simply about completing a CIPC form or processing a transaction in software. The practitioner must understand what the Companies Act requires, who has authority to act, which resolutions are needed and what records must be retained. This practical three-part course gives company secretarial staff and accounting practitioners the foundation needed to handle everyday company-law and secretarial work correctly.
